In a bowl beat sugar and bb all creamy

Add in one egg at a time to the mixture while beating

Add in vanilla and your lemon juice and mix. Also add in your milk.

Sieve your flour in the mixture and cream it in

I used a double sided grill pan so I placed it on top of an old pan I have

Heat it up for 5 mins then oil both sides. Pour in your batter and bske for 40 mins.
