2 tbsonion
1/2 tbsginger
1/2 tbsgaram masala
1 pinchturmeric powder
1/2 tbsgreen chilli
to tastesalt
1 tbsoil
1 tbscoriander leaves
2paranthas

Take a bowl add chopped veggies pour egg and spices beat nicely

Heat a non stick pan put some oil pour masala egg mixture cook half done and cover it with Parantha cook both sides

Cut into slices with the help of pizza cutter serve hot with tomato sauce
