  • 1/2 kgNile perch fillet
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the fillets with soy sauce, salt and ginger paste for 30 minutes

    Deep fry in hot oil until well cooked
