I felt the urge to cook so I dusted myself up and headed straight to the market. Look what I made out of my desire to cook. I intend to eat it with bulgur wheat tomorrow after mass. Averagely this took me between 55-60mins to prepare

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1kilo chicken
  2. 1 tablespoonblack pepper
  3. 1 tablespoonground crayfish
  4. 1small bulb of onions
  5. 2Knorr chicken seasoning cubes
  6. 5fingers of carrot
  7. 1 handfulspring onions
  8. 1/2medium sized cucumber
  9. 1 cancoconut milk
  10. 2medium sized red bell pepper
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash chicken thoroughly and spice with crayfish black pepper and sliced onions as well as Knorr chicken cubes and salt. Allow chicken to cook on medium heat for about 45mins or until cooked to your taste

    Add the coconut milk and allow to cook for an additional 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Dice cucumber, red bell pepper, spring onions carefully place in the pot and allow to cook for additional 5 minutes.

    Serve with rice, yam, bulgur wheat, irish potato, sweet potato, unripe plantain or eat just like that.
