Ingredients

  • 2potato cubed
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • As neededgreen coriander chopped
  • to tasteSlat and red chilli
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tbspoil
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok add oil,heat it,add cumin,saute onion

  2. 2

    Place all spices in 1 cup of water and pour in oil,stir it till a boil

  3. 3

    Add cubed potato and tomato and 2 cups more water,let it boil on slow flame

  4. 4

    Cook it till potato become soft,garnish with green coriander.
