  • 12 Slicesbacon
  • Pinchspinach for each muffin
  • Pinchshredded cheese for each muffin
  • 14-16Eggs
  • 4 ouncesmilk
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

    Chop and fry 12 slices of bacon

  2. 2

    Add approx 1 strip to each muffin tray

  3. 3

    Add a pinch of freshly chopped spinach and shredded cheese

  4. 4

    Scramble 14-16 Eggs with 4 ounces of milk & salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Add approx 1/2 cup of egg to each

  6. 6

    Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
