Chop and fry 12 slices of bacon

Add approx 1 strip to each muffin tray

Add a pinch of freshly chopped spinach and shredded cheese
4

Scramble 14-16 Eggs with 4 ounces of milk & salt and pepper

Add approx 1/2 cup of egg to each
6

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
