Steps

1st soak tamarind in hot water for 1 hour

Heat oil,saute oio,tomato and ginger, garlic and all spices

Once Masala done,then squeeze the Tamarind water and pour into masala

Add 3 cup of water,let it boil for 10 min

Now add marinated Fish into gravy

Cover it and let it boil for 15 min in low flame

Now enjoy with hot white rice
