Sprouted Beans with Crisps sandwich

Khubz is an Arabian pita bread/flat bread/roti made with wheat flour or all purpose flour.
I have tried to keep this sandwich as much as healthy as possible introducing protein rich vegetables, uncooked and retaining the crunch and nutrition. The potato crisp gives the perfect crunch and the adult and kids both can’t resist on this sandwich.

In a bowl mix the sprouts, carrots, cucumber, onions and jalapenos.

Cut open the Khubz and spread the Ketchup.
- 3
Arrange the mixed vegetable on top of the Khubz. Next, smash the potato crisp and layer it on top of the vegetables.

Now tight role the sandwich and serve it with some more Crisps and pickled Jalapenos. For kids you can avoid the serving of pickled Jalapenos.
