Ingredients

  1. Jasmine rice
  2. Sliced mushrooms
  3. Diced tomatoes
  4. Diced jalapeños
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Talapia fish thawed and dried
  7. Beer batter
  8. Oil to fry in
  9. Lemon dill mix from Epicure

Steps

  1. 1

    Make jasmine rice as much as you want

  2. 2

    Slice & dice mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapeños & garlic...pan fry in evoo add salt & pepper set aside

  3. 3

    Pre mixed beer batter, dry fish coat with flour, coat in batter then pan fry in oil of your choice
