Ingredients

  • Jasmine rice
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced jalapeños
  • Salt and pepper
  • Talapia fish thawed and dried
  • Beer batter
  • Oil to fry in
  • Lemon dill mix from Epicure

Steps

  1. 1

    Make jasmine rice as much as you want

  2. 2

    Slice & dice mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapeños & garlic...pan fry in evoo add salt & pepper set aside

  3. 3

    Pre mixed beer batter, dry fish coat with flour, coat in batter then pan fry in oil of your choice
