Steps

Cut all the vegetables into bite size,fry peanuts and keep aside.

In a hot oil add cumin seeds and asafoetida,let it sputter,add garlic and fry till light brown,add chopped onions and ginger,fry till onion turns translucent,add all vegetables,keep frying them till it's properly cooked,You should keep sprinkling water in between to get it cooked nicely.

Add all the spices,sugar and peanuts,close the lid and cook for sometime,let it cool for sometimes.make round shaped balls as shown in the picture..and give an egg bath all the sides properly.

Roll them in bread crumbs,and finally it should look like how it looks like in the picture..

Keep it in the refrigerator for sometimes for achieving a firm consistency and then deep fry.sprinkle chat masala and black salt,Serve hot with cucumber,carrots and onion salad.
