In nonstick pan add & heat ghee. As it melt add semolina / tawa,mix and saute constantly for 10 mins. On other gas flame keep water for boiling.

After 10 mins(nice roasted aroma of rawa will come out). Add fresh pineapple thick juice and mix well and saute for 2-3 mins. Add a pinch of saffron (for yellow colour). Add & mix finely chopped pineapple pieces. Add & mix sugar.

Add hot boiling water, stirring continuously cook till all water evaporates and the mixture leaves the sides of vessel (also some ghee will be separated from the mixture.) Off the flame.Add and mix cardamom powder to prepared fresh pineapple sheera.

Serve/ Relish hot Fresh Pineapple Sheera garnishing with pistachio flakes.
