Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for making kebab:-
  2. 1small size Grated raw papaya
  3. 1 cupBoiled and mashed sweet potatoes
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspcumin powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1-2 tbspcoriander leaves
  10. 2-3 Tbspoats flour
  11. 1Green chilli chopped
  12. 1 tspChaat masala
  13. 1-2 tspKasuri methi
  14. 1-2 tbspOil
  15. Ingredients for making Dill Tzatziki Sauce:-
  16. 1small cucumber
  17. 1 cupyoghurt
  18. 1 tbspolive oil
  19. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  20. 1 tspdill chopped
  21. 1 tsplemon juice
  22. to tasteBlack pepper powder
  23. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Steps for preparing kebabs:-

    Take a bowl and put grated raw papaya in it.

  3. 3

    Now, add boiled and mashed sweet potato,salt, coriander powder,garam masala,cumin powder,chaat masala,coriander leaves, chopped chilli,oats flour and kasuri methi in the bowl.

    Mix all the spices well with papaya and sweet potato and make a soft dough.

    Now to make kebab divide the dough into equal parts and make small round patty shaped kebabs with the mix.

    Heat oil in grill pan over medium heat.

    Place 6-7 kebabs in hot grill pan and cook on medium to low heat until bottom of kebab turns golden and crisp.

    Flip all the kebabs gently with spatula,pour little oil in the corners of kebab if required and cook until bottom turns crisp and golden in colour.

    Remove the cooked kebabs in plate and same way prepare other kebabs.

    Steps for preparing dill tzatziki sauce:-

    Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic,dill, black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well

    Cover with cling wrap and keep in fridge for one hour.

    Peel and cut cucumber into small pieces.

  14. 14

    Take the yoghurt bowl out from the fridge,add chopped cucumber and mix well.
    Dill tzatziki sauce is ready to serve.

    Serve the crispy, delicious kebab with dill tzatziki sauce.
