In a mixing bowl add maida, curd, ghee, baking soda, and 3 tablespoons beetroot juice

Add required water and make semi tight dough like paratha,rest it by covering for 15 mins.

Then make small size balls and make hole with finger

Heat the oil in pan and deep fry all balls on low flame till crispy.

In another pan add sugar, water and make 1 string sugar syrup,add 2 tablespoon of beetroot juice.

Add all fried Balushahi in it and keep it in syrup for 1/2 hours.

Then serve it in serving plate and garnish with chopped pistachios.
