Take a nonstick kadhai,add ghee and when the ghee is hot add milk and stir it for 2-3 mins on hot flame.Now add gram flour and cook it until it gets golden brown on slow flame.

Now take a pan,add sugar and water and stir it until the sugar gets dissolved, now add the sugar syrup in the gram flour mixture,now again stir it until the ghee floats on the top..

Your halwa is ready now serve it in a bowl and garnish it with chopped dryfruits.
