2 tbspcornflour
1 tbspriceflour
to tastesalt
as neededoil for fry

Mix potato slice and salt and cornflour,rice flour with small amount of water
2

Place one by one slice in hot oil and fry on high heat till crispy texture and serve hot with tea.
