Cook potatoes in boiling salted water when soft rub through strainer

Scald milk add to potatoes

Melt butter add dry ingredients stir until well mixed stir into boiling soup cook 1 minute strain sprinkle with chopped parsley

I really like this, easy, simple, sounds delicious! I like how it’s a vegetarian option but I may replace some of the milk 🥛 with beef broth & add a tiny bit of corn starch if that thins it out to much :)
