Cooking Instructions
- 1
Start by sifting your flour in a bowl add water and form a soft dough
- 2
Allow the dough to rest for 25 minutes before rolling it and cutting in to small balls
- 3
Roll each dough
- 4
Rub enough oil on each dough and stack them together I use oil only because I noticed it used to stick if you sprinkled flour so to avoid that use oil only
- 5
Roll til very flat
- 6
Use a round lid or bowl to shake the dough
- 7
Heat your pan on a very low heat make sure the heat is low! And grill each side for at least 40 seconds or till you see it popping up
- 8
Take it out of the pan and start separating them gently to avoid tearing the delicate wraps
- 9
You can use a lid again to shape the wraps in case of any tear up
- 10
For the filling heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic maggi and grated onions. Add the meat spices and herbs and the bell peppers toast and add little amount of water to cook through. You can cabbage and carrots
- 11
Take a wrap and add the filling at the edge
- 12
Roll gently
- 13
Being the edges together
- 14
Continue rolling till you’re almost done. Add a flour paste and fold
- 15
Your rolls are ready. You can fry them immediately or freeze.
- 16
I freezes mine for almost two montjs Nd and use them when necessary. Just make sure they’re in the freezer and you’re good to go!
