  • 1 kgplantain
  • 4fresh eggs
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Onions
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour your vegetable oil on a frying pan and allow to heat begin to fry your sliced plantain

  2. 2

    For the Egg sauce : fry your fresh tomatoes,pepper and onion for 5mins to allow the water in the tomatoes to dry add salt,maggi and stir add your fresh eggs and allow to cook for some time

  3. 3

    Meal is ready to be serve
