1 litre milk - Bring to boil.

Blend together : almonds, pista, poppy seeds, melon seeds, cashwenuts, add 2 to 3 tsp warm milk. To a smooth paste.

Grind together : Green cardamom, black pepper, rose petals, cinnamon stick, denna seeds. To a fine powder

Add food colour and sugar in boil milk. Let it melt.

Time to add the smooth paste and sprinkle the powder. Mix it well.

Pour in a jug and chill. Finish with pistachios and rose petal.

Serve in kulhads.
