Ingredients

  • 1small raw mango
  • 6 table spoonsGrated Coconut
  • an inchGinger piece
  • 5Green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tea spoonAsafoetida powder
  • a pebble sizeJagerry piece
  • 2 tea spoonsOil
  • 1/4 tea spoonMustard seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the skin of raw mango, take the seed out. chop the mango to pieces.

  2. 2

    Add the mango pieces, salt, coconut, chillies, jagerry, ginger and asafoetida in to a blender and grind to coarse paste with little water.

  3. 3

    Do the seasoning with mustard and serve.
