Peel the green bananas and potatoes and wash thoroughly

Cut into desired size

In a sufuria, fry the onions with enough oil till almost golden brown

Add the meat, cover the sufuria and cook in low heat 15 minutes

Add the tomatoes and cook till all tomatoes mash

Add the potatoes and green bananas and cook in steam for 10 minutes

Add some salt and some water and cook till the potatoes are green bananas are tender
