Parboil boil your beans and drain the water

Pour back the beans into the pot and put only water allow it to boil a little and slice one of the onion in to and allow it to boil for 30minuts still containing water

Put pot on fire and add your red oil heat it a little (not fry pls), put the second onion let it fry a little

Put your fresh pepper and allow it to fry a little and pour the beans containing water and onion and stir. The water is what you will use to cook the beans

Put your seasoning and salt stir and allow it boil for the water to get thick and well Cook

You can take it alone and with garri too
