Take a grienderjar add pista,cashew,magaj,blackpepper,greencadamom,poppyseeds,saunf,&dry rose petal griend it &makes powder.Again take a grienderjar add soak rice &little milk,roughly griend it.

Heat a pan add milk &stir continuously.when boils comes cook 5 mints.Than add roughly griended rice mix it well &cook nicely.when ever fully cook add saffron strands.

Add sugar&cadamompowder mix it well.Than add thandai powder mix it well &cook 2 mints.Thondai phirni is ready.

Cool it &garnishing with chopped dryfruits serve it cool cool.
