First take a mixing bowl then put the wheat flour, put the 1/2 cup of ghee in the same bowl. Mix well combined with ghee and wheat flour for three to four minutes.

Now add the water slowly for the first time mix well as much as possible with the help of the palm it will be continued for eight minutes. mind it don't add too much water because it can ruined the dough now the required dough is ready and put ghee over it and cover with a soaked kitchen towel.

Now making of gravy - First heat the pan add the sooji fry for four minutes in the low flame. Keep it aside

Now add the ghee in the same pan, add the grated paneer, add the mawa, add the sooji, add the condensed milk along with salt and gur and raisins keep stirring in the low flame add the crushed cardamom also continuously stirring, it will be continued until the gravy will be thick and keep the gravy in the bowl.

Now heat the another pan with adding ghee and oil.

Side by side make gujiya. Make small balls from the dough. Roll it then put gravy in the centre of the roll and fold it. Do the same for all and keep it near the oven.

Now put ghee and oil in the pan, heat it, fry all gujiya

Delicious gujiya is ready for serving.
