par boiled strip chicken

beef
onions

Boil the potato with salt and use a potato masher to mash in the pot until smooth. you can add a bit of butter to make it better

Slice the veggies and stir fry with the parboiled chicken strip in very little oil and season

Season the beef with onions and salt and maggi and cook then fry in oil
4

Serve all together and enjoy
