White rice with liver and veggies

Perboil rice for 30minute, drop from cooker, wash and put it back on fire so that it gets soft and making sure the water dries off from rice. Cut the green beans into required sizes and boil it after which you add with the rice.

Cut all veggies. Put a pan on fire with a little butter, add onions and let it to fry for 3minute then stir. Add the rest of the veggies one after the other with the seasoning and cover it to steam for 3minute. Your veggies are ready to eat.
