Add your milk and sugar in a bowl add two table spoon of water and form a dough. Take a potion and spread in your palm, add the m&m and roll to cover🤣. Repeat till the mix dough finish. Add oil on pan when hot add and fry for some secs... Shikenan and enjoy 😋
