Ingredients

1 1/4 cupswhole grain flour (buckwheat flour works well too)
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonbaking soda
3/4 cupnuts (almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts)
1/2 cupsunflower seeds
1/2 cuppumpkin seeds
1/4 cupflax seeds
1/4 cupsesame seeds
3eggs
3/4 cupwater
2 tablespoonshoney
1 teaspoonapple cider vinegar

Steps

Lightly toast nuts and seeds separately (if desired)

Once the nuts and seeds have cooled, mix together with flour, salt, and baking soda

Add in last 4 ingredients and mix well.

Cook for 1 hour at 160°C
