Soak glutinous rice 6 hours. Li zhi, peanut, mei dou each 4 hours. Mushroom marinade with oyster sauce, pepper and sugar.

Cut pork into 2 cm thick. Blench in boiling water, wash with running water. Pour 5 tbsp of oil in wok, stir fried minched 10 small onions with small flame. When fragrance add pork. Add Seasoning A. Cook for 15 minutes in wok (add water when needed). Set aside pork oil. Pour into steaming dish. Steam with high flame for 35 minutes).

Pour 2/3 portion of pork oil into wok. Add candlenut, add 1 tsp of seasoning B. Add mei dou, peanut, add 1 tsp seasoning B. Add water simmer for 10 minutes. Romove to a pot, add water boil at least 35 minutes.

Prepare Slice mushroom and squeeze out water, add oyster sauce and pepper to season. Squeeze water out of soaked slicedmushroom. Pour 3 tbsp of pork oil into wok. Stir fried 2 tbsp of small onions. When fragrance add mushroom. Add 2 tbsp of seasoning, stir fried until fragrance, add water when needed.

Add balance of pork oil into wok, add small onions until fragrance. Add rice stir fried 3 minutes. Add balance of seasoning B (4 tbsp). Stir for 10 minutes (add water).

Remove pork from steam dish. Pour half portion of rice into base of steaming dish. Arrange the halved salted eggs around dish. Add pork. Arrange 3/4 of mushroom. Pour 3/4 of beans n nut. Add balance of rice. Decorate with balance of mushroom and beans. Steam for 45 minutes.
