Delicious Deep Fried Pork Meatballs Delicious Deep Fried Pork Meatballs
I made fried meatballs using ground pork. I used less breadcrumbs than I use when making hamburgers. They're delicious so I uploaded the recipe.By adding a small amount of ketchup and katakuriko to the ground meat, the meatballs become soft and delicious.Season the meat mixture well with salt and pepper. You can coat the meatballs without using flour or egg.If you wipe out the container you used to mix the ground meat before adding breadcrumbs to it to coat the meatballs, you can reduce the number of things to wash up. For about 30 meatballs. Recipe by Nanohana uchan cookpad.japan -
Warming Hot Pot with Deep Fried Meatballs and Chinese Sauce Warming Hot Pot with Deep Fried Meatballs and Chinese Sauce
I love fried meatballs and Chinese cabbage simmered together, so I made a hot pot using both plus lots of vegetables, that a lot of people can enjoy together. The dipping sauce is homemade too.The rich sauce lets you enjoy lots of vegetables. If you add things like bok choy, tatsoi or Chinese chives to the usual hot pot vegetables, it will be change of pace from the usual. Italian Chicken Meatballs Italian Chicken Meatballs
I made the Italian version of my regular chicken meatballs.Use any combination of ground chicken thigh and breast, or stick with one cut of meat.Your meat patties will end up juicier if you just use thigh meat. If you just use breast meat, it'll turn out simple but a little tougher. My family likes these with a higher ratio of thigh meat. Recipe by Mayu dish cookpad.japan -

Changing the usual shrimp chili sauce to shrimp and chicken meatballs in chili sauce! You get more volume, and kids love meatballs. Great for bento lunch boxes.Refrigerating the meatballs makes it easier to roll them into balls. You can use fresh mizuna greens or lettuce instead of bok choy if you prefer! A green vegetable makes for a beautiful presentation. Mix the meatballs with the sauce while the meatballs are still warm. Recipe by Muuko cookpad.japan -

You can eat this whatever sauce combination you prefer. I thought of this recipe that my family and friends could enjoy while leisurely talking. The meatballs are soft before deep-frying, so once you drop them into the oil at step 5, gently roll them over once they color. Okara Meatballs with a Thick Ketchup Sauce Okara Meatballs with a Thick Ketchup Sauce
I prepared too much okara for a side dish, so I used the leftovers in a Chinese-style meatball with thick ketchup sauce dish.Don't form the okara meatballs into perfect spheres, but flatten them a little. This makes them easier to cook all the way through.I think these would probably also be delicious if any other type of thick sauce is used. Recipe by Nokosandon cookpad.japan -
Bitterballs (Bitterballen/Dutch Meatballs) Bitterballs (Bitterballen/Dutch Meatballs)
This is absolutely a favourite everywhere. What makes it so great, is that you can chop and change the ingredients to whatever you want. The original recipe only has meat, salt, pepper, parsley and nutmeg in it, but I love it with onions and mushrooms. It is fantastic served hot with wedges and creamy garlic sauce! Try it without the beef stock as well using only milk and adding a little chilli for some kick. Divine! Adele Arpin -
