Prepare dough by mixing Atta, Maida,salt and ghee mix well rub with fingers. Add water and make soft Dough. Cover it with a moist cloth for half an hour.

Heat Non-stick Kadai add half tspn.ghee heat and put Chopped dry fruits for one minute add coconut, dry roast till then light. off the gas and Keep side for cool. Same procedure for khoya.

Mix Coconut and khoya. Add sugar as per sweetness, 1/4th tsp Cardamom, & Nutmeg powder.Mix thoroughly.
Add Caramel in filling for make delicious filling mix well - 4
Make small pedas of the dough, roll & place filling in the center. Fold to half and stick the ends fold the ends or cut with zigzag rolling pin.

Do not fry Gujiya in very hot oil. One by one put in oil on low flame till golden.Dip in sugar syrup. Remove after 1 minute. Garnish with vark or shredded almonds & pistachios.

Yummy Caramel Gujiya is ready to eat.
