Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled mix dal
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1.5 tbspcumin coriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1dry red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seeds,bay leaf and red chilli.

  2. 2

    Add onion and ginger and garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Add cumin coriander powder and tomato.

  4. 4

    Fry well till oil separates and add boiled Dal,salt and turmeric powder.

  5. 5

    Bring it to boil and add sugar and serve.
