Place a of pot coconut oil on heat

Add onion,peppers,tomatoe,magi and salt.stir till half done

Then pour in the coconut milk,allow it boil

Add the rice,reduce the heat to the medium

Cover the rice till done

Add carrot,diced green pepper,and soysauce, stir together, cover for 2mins for steaming

Then serve
