  • Goat meat
  • Olive oil
  • leafBay
  • Scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Kashmiriral
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your meat and cook adding salt till half done

  2. 2

    Put you pan on fire add little olive oil and fry

    Add kashmirilal, garam masala, salt to taste, diced garlic clove and tomatoes,bay leaves,Scotch bonnet pepper and stir fry
