Mash bananas. Add in honey, milk, oil, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla

In a separate bowl mix the baking powder, flour, salt

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients but by bit

Once fully mixed, add the fruit and coconut. Put in a baking tin and bake for 45 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean and the kitchen smells delicious!

Let it cool. Serve it as is, seeing as its super moist, with tea or with ice cream for a delectable and healthy dessert 😊
