Sukumawiki is one of the green vegetables delicacies whose roots run so deep in Kenya and is oftenly enjoyed in most Kenyans homes.
Steps

In a large sufuria or saucepan add chopped onions and enough cooking oil and set on medium heat

Gently keep mixing until the onions turn brown

Add tomatoes and continue mixing until they are tender and crushed.

Place the thinnly shredded sukumawiki and mix well for about three minutes.

Sprinkle some salt and knorr beef

Remove from heat and set aside.your sukumawiki is now ready to serve..for better taste serve while still hot.

When preparing ugali, heat water in a saucepan....

Stir continuously and mash any lumps that do form....

Cook for three or four minutes.continue to stir...

Cover and keep warm

Serve immediately with sukumawiki
