This innovative recipe is healthy and tasty, and some twist using pea instead of arhar daal and sugar instead of gur. All are natural colors. Using spinach for green colour, tomato for red colour and beet root for pink colour. Full of nutritious, carrying vitamins, minerals and energy.
Steps

First of all make stuff of pea, take two cups of pea, grind it carefully, then take a pan put on the gas flame, add two table spoons of oil, when heated add black Jeera, hing, chopped onion and green chilli mix well, then add grinded pea, then put sugar and salt.

Now mix well, at last add red chilli powder and garam masala, cook well upto five to seven minutes, and switch off the gas flame.

After than take chopped beet root, spinach and raw tomato is boiled seperately, in the pan, at medium flame of gas stove for ten minutes.

Then grinded it carefully and make smooth puree.

After than take one cup wheat flour, add one table spoons ghee, half teaspoon of salt then add tomato puree and make red colour dough.

Same as one cup of wheat flour, add one table spoon of ghee and add spinach puree make green dough.

Then same as take one cup of wheat flour add one table spoon of ghee and mix beat root puree make dark pink colour of dough.

After than make, small round ball fill the stuff of pea and close it and make a chapati shapes, then put on the non sticky tawa put on the medium flame, and cook it both sides with the help of one table spoon of oil.

In this way we will cook all three colour of pooran poli and serve it.
