Ingredients

  • 1 lbdry pinto beans
  • 1 Tbscumin seeds
  • 2 Tbseach ground cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic
  • 2 tspeach salt, pepper, smoked paprika
  • 2bay leaves
  • 8 cupswater (or vegetable stock)

    Put all ingredients into Instant Pot, mix

    Choose bean/chili setting

  3. 3

    Set pressure on high, set time for 1 hour
