Steps

All cleaning the wings, dry completely with a paper towel. Season with paprika, and really....any seasonings that you like.

Melt butter, and mix lemon pepper within it. (A good amount)

Take flour and season it. Take eggs, add 2-4tblsp of water and whisk. Dip wings in eggs, and then roll in flour. Then deep fry them.

Once wings float on oil or when they are to the crispness that you prefer....take them, And while their still hot, dip them in the butter mix, and set onto a foiled cookie sheet. I always put a little more lemon pepper on at this point....and then place into the over for about 10mins.

Take them out, let them cool and N-Freak-N-Joy!!!!!
