Add besan,water and lassi.mix it well and it to the cooker.stir it for 45 minutes at low flame

Garnish it with kasuri methi.

Take a pan. Add ghee,Cumin seeds after 2 minutes add rice and water. Boil it at low flame for 15 minutes

Ready to eat.
