  2. 4 cupsmaida
  3. 1tspn salt
  4. 1tspn ajwain
  5. 1 tbspnOil
  6. Chat
  7. chopped onions
  8. Chopped tomatoes
  9. Boiled mashed potatoes
  10. leavesChopped coriander
  11. Imli chutney
  12. 0no. Shev
  13. Red chilli powder
  14. Chat masala
  15. Yellow murmure/ rice puffs

Steps

  1. 1

    Add maida, salt, oil, ajwain and knead a dough.

    Knead layered big roti/puri. Deep fry.

    Now on the khasta apply mashed potato, yellow murmura, onion, tomatoes, imli chutney, curd shev, chilli powder, chat masala,and coriander leaves and serve
