Ingredients

  • 250 gmbaingan / brinzal
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tbspginger garlic
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    First roast baingan and peel it

  2. 2

    Now mash it well

  3. 3

    In a pan heat oil add cumin

  4. 4

    Saute ginger,garlic,onion and tomato

  5. 5

    Add spices. and mix well

  6. 6

    Now mix baingan mashed and cook and mix well and serve.
