Steps

Take all the ingredients.

In a mixer blender,add sugar, Malai and egg yolks. Blend till a smooth mixture is formed.

Take this mix out in a mixing bowl and add vanilla essence.

Sieve the flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt in this mix.

Mix with light hands till a uniform mix is formed.

Whip the egg whites separately till soft peaks.

Add these egg whites to the above mix till Incorporated.

Pour the mix in a lined and dusted cake pan.

Tap it to remove ant air bubbles and sprinkle some tuty fruity on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.

Demould and cut when little cold.
