  • 2roll of samosa strips
  • For potato masala
  • 4boiled potato
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • as neededChoppedd green coriander
  • as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil add potato and all spices,mix together and cool it

  2. 2

    Now take a samosa strip..grease by water.fill potato masala and seal by water

  3. 3

    Fry in hot oil till golden crisp.
