  1. 2roll of samosa strips
  2. For potato masala
  3. 4boiled potato
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspturmeric
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. to tasteRed chilli
  8. as neededChoppedd green coriander
  9. as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil add potato and all spices,mix together and cool it

  2. 2

    Now take a samosa strip..grease by water.fill potato masala and seal by water

  3. 3

    Fry in hot oil till golden crisp.
