2roll of samosa strips
For potato masala
4boiled potato
to tasteSalt
1 tspturmeric
1 tspgaram masala
to tasteRed chilli
as neededChoppedd green coriander
as neededOil for fry

In a pan heat oil add potato and all spices,mix together and cool it

Now take a samosa strip..grease by water.fill potato masala and seal by water

Fry in hot oil till golden crisp.
