ShoAk sabudana and then drainout water now keep some water in sabudana and keepaside for 4 hours mash boil potato add adarkh harimirch paste in sabudana add salt garam masala mixit very welladd peanut powder semi crushed mix it then add mash potato now all material mix and make like daughn make balls equal portions

Take frying pan with oil heat the oil on fast flem now add one by one vada in oil on 1st fast gas after some times flem. Slow now vada should be brown colour and cryspy transfer to plate so ready to serve hot yummy tasty sabudana vada serve with tomato sauce green chatny
