Steps

Firstly wash and soak Rice for 20 mins.In a Sepri (Rice vessel),,put oil,when heating put whole garam masala,then put Onions pieces (long ones),fry till it becomes pinkish brown and put little red chilli powder,

Then put Soyabean (which is soaked in water for few mins in a bowl),then put all vegs (cauliflower,peas,aloo,beans carrot),stir for few mins then put soaked Rice and then put ginger,garlic paste green chilies and salt,water as per taste and cover the sepri,till rice cooked
- 3
Lastly give tadka of ghee and put briyani masala and garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with curd or raita and papad
