Onion pulav (Sindhi bhugga Chawla)

Heat oil in a pan... Add whole garam masala and sliced onions to it...

Saute the onions for 10-12minutes till golden brown in colour... Then add water, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, soaked rice... Bring it to a boil..

Let the water dry... Then close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on slow... Then turn the gas off, after 10-15minutes the rice are ready to serve

It is important to leave the rice in it's steam for at least 10minutes after you turn the gas off... Then only your rice will puff up nicely...
